Job Description

As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow the bank's business. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process and contribute to the bank's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer acquisition process, from lead generation to onboarding.
