Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Unix Cobol and CMM - Back office. Experience in Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of technical solutions using Unix Cobol and CMM
- Back office.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and performance of the developed solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
- Monitor and maintain the health of the technical environment addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Manage technical risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Unix Cobol and CMM
- Back office.
- Have experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
