Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor in EdTech sales, based in Nandyal Checkpost, Kurnool. The Academic Counselor will engage potential learners, understand their academic and professional requirements, and provide expert guidance on available course offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students, understanding their needs, providing detailed information about programs, and helping them enroll in relevant courses. Additionally, the role requires building customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Sales and persuasion skills with the ability to convert leads into enrollments
Strong Organization Skills for managing multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
An enthusiastic and motivated approach to assisting learners in achieving their goals
Prior experience in an EdTech industry or academic counseling role is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
