Job Summary:

Role : AR Collection/International Customer Support.

Experience: 1 year to 8 years

Job Location: Nagpur

Eligibility:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Willing to work in rotational shift

Skill & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of all Collections KPIs & SLAs performance reports and tools and should be able to implement the same.

2. Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing excellent services and achieving assigned goals.

3. Oversight on the team and ensuring daily BAU. Manage day to day operations functions of team management and performance delivery.

4. Understanding of all Collections KPIs & SLAs performance reports and tools and should be able to implement the same.

 5. Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing excellent services and achieving assigned goals.

6. Good Follow up skills with customer for all collection’s activities.

7. Handling disputes and resolution.
