Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist – Senior Process Associate -Arabic – On Site Cairo

Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire invoice to cash process. Automative manufacturing background is a plus. SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports is a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain.
Responsible for responding to all emails /phone queries related to disputed invoice / claims (in Arabic & English).
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners inquiries quickly, effectively and expertly.
Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure correct customer balances.
Research and analyze the disputes/deductions in ERP.
Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents / info for dispute/deductions resolutions.
Research and resolve issues / disputes to expedite all cases to avoid any adverse customer impact.
Highlight opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Process any ad-hoc request in a timely manner.
Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.

Minimum Qualifications
Min years of experience in Accounts receivable.
Must have a Problem-solving attitude.
Should be able to communicate effectively in Arabic & English.
Previous experience in Automotive manufacturing / distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

Identify process improvement opportunities (Lean and Six Sigma projects)
Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency, analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and update
