Accounts Receivable Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Receivable Representative to join our finance team. We are looking for candidates with 57 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. The Accounting Receivable Representative will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

The position involves close coordination with our U.S.-based finance team, hence the evening-to-night shift schedule (6pm to 3am).

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
• Close payment batches and reconcile transactions
• Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account records
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
• Collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve invoicing and payment issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting, billing, or finance roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principles
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
