Job Summary:

Role : Order to Cash

Experience: 1 year to 8 years

Job Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities for Order to Cash:

• 1-8 years of experience in FnA domain in OTC
• Ownership of O2C Functions as Cash Allocation, Collection back office, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting.
• Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred. 
• Good Analytical Skills
• Review of O2C activities – investigation on Unidentified cash, Delinquent customer analysis, O2C Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Credit & Collection meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement.
• SLA adherence.
