Role Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern to support the AR team with billing, collections follow-ups, and reconciliations. This is a hands-on role offering practical exposure to receivables management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and reviewing customer invoices
• Support follow-ups on outstanding payments
• Help maintain ageing reports and track receivables
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies
• Record and apply incoming payments in the accounting system
• Support month-end closing activities and AR reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related queries

Requirements

• B.Com / BBA / M.Com (Finance)
• Previous internship experience in Accounts Receivable / Finance preferred
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing concepts
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
