Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller – US Healthcare (Physician Billing)

Role: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)

Openings: 30

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in Physician Billing AR

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for U.S. physician billing
• Handle claim denials, rejections, and appeals with strong payer knowledge
• Work on bundled claims, authorization-related denials, and underpayments
• Communicate effectively with insurance payers to resolve outstanding claims
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs and identify root causes of denials
• Meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring client SLAs are achieved

• Strong understanding of AR operations & denial management
• Hands-on experience in physician billing follow-up
• Familiarity with U.S. insurance payers and claim lifecycle
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
