Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and outcome-driven Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive to strengthen our finance operations. The role will play a critical part in ensuring timely collections, accurate reconciliation, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and is eager to grow within a fast-scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
• Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely recovery as per agreed payment terms
• Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to address billing or payment issues
• Prepare aging reports, MIS, and collection dashboards for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal finance controls and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to collections and receivables|

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• 13 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is an added advantage
• Good communication skills with the ability to follow up professionally
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and process discipline
