Job Description

Responsibilities

Process Billing (issuing documents based on request or on a regular basis)
Collection of customer invoices, maintenance of accounts receivables, reviewing and recommending block of account, supervising customer payment trends.
Handling customer requests and ensure resolution.
Cash application, cash clearing and customer account reconciliation.
Handle month-end activities (Intercompany & third-party Sales, AR reconciliations, Trade Debtors, Bad debtors report)
Crafting, updating, and learning the standard operating procedures.
Be part of the teams back-up structure.
Prepare reports based on ad hoc requests.
Quality check for invoices and payments

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Finance (advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills - required
Good written and verbal level of English and Turkish
High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage)
Accounting knowledge/G/L knowledge intermediate level.
Similar experience in the field.
Work experience with Navision ERP system (advantage).
