Job Description
Responsibilities
Supplier Data Verification: Ensuring the validity and accuracy of bank account details, verifying the legitimacy of requests related to financial transactions, and confirming that all associated data is consistent and up-to-date.
Legitimacy of Requests: Confirming the authenticity of requests for bank, vendor, and other master data, ensuring that all changes or updates are properly validated and authorized.
Compliance Controls: Implementing strict compliance protocols to verify that all actions taken adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding against potential breaches or fraud.
Manage Inbound Documents (i.e., Reject inadequate invoices, Final physical/electronic archiving, Send invoice back to local country organization, Formal invoice/document validation, Invoices with PO & Non-POetc.)
Payment Processing (i.e., Create and review payment proposal, Payment run & upload bank files, Process rush payments, Process cheques payments, Procurement cardetc.)
Address Vendor Inquiries
Month End Activities (i.e., GR/IR Reconciliation and analysis, Vendor statement reconciliation, manage month end closing activities for APetc.)
Travel & Expenses Mgmt (i.e., Credit card administration, follow up for expense reports, approval process, travel cash advance management, invoice checking (accuracy and policy compliance), posting & reporting of expensesetc.)
Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (or High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree) or qualification or any directly related experience to relevant AP activities or customer service, ideally in a multinational environment
Required language level for daily tasks: English C1+ French B2
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Preferred qualifications
Relevant work experience in AP preferably in any manufacturing industry
Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP
Listening, Attention to Detail, Data Entry, documentation, Multi-tasking
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Ability to be pro-active and to think outside the box
Excellent proven interpersonal and teamwork skills
Capable of resourceful problem solving
