A leading tech-driven bullion trading company is keen to hire an Accounts Payable - Senior Executive with 5+ years of experience in AP operations, internal controls, payments processing, and regulatory compliances. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing team, customers and multiple stakeholders.

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Designation: Team Lead - Accounts Payable

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Accounts Payable Executives ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payments at all times.
• Act as a checker/reviewer, verifying the quality and accuracy of work done by team members.
• Onboard, train, and upskill team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure that each team member adheres to processes, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Maintain trackers and documentation of finance transaction in the Accounts Payable Function.
• Take full accountability for accounts payable outcomes and compliance.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly reports related to accounts payable function.
• Resolve complex or escalated vendor and internal queries that go beyond the executives' scope.
• Review processes for gaps and inefficiencies and drive process improvements where needed.
• Ensure all AP operations comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably with experience leading a team.
• Knowledge on Finance and Accounting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada/ Telugu/ Malayalam .
• Previous experience in managing team, customers and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, CRM tools and other payments/ payouts software.

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably with experience leading a team.

Working days: Monday to Saturday
