Accounts Payable Executive

About the Position:

Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Accounts Payable Executive with a strong foundation in core finance principles. The ideal candidate will be hands on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the companys financial growth and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

Fresher to 1 year of experience

Positive attitude and ability to work with team

Good communication with internal & external stakeholders (Hindi & English)

Comfortable with numbers, reports, and digital payment systems

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Process and verify supplier invoices

Track office expenses

Coordinate with vendors

Prepare payment schedules

Maintain ledgers and reconciliations

Manage approvals, documentation, month-end, and finance support Experience & Education:

BCom graduate

Proficiency in Excel and Tally

Salary:

Upto 3.5 LPA
