Accounts Payable -Domain Trainee–- Spanish - Hybrid Budapest

Responsibilities

• Random /Ad-hoc checking of AP issues resolution

• Travel expense auditing

• Create AP accruals

• Check, review, validate payment proposals

• Check vendor reconciliations performed by Offshore SSC

• Raise issues for any AP activities

• Offshore Management - Aged item follow-up

• Supplier`s query management including handling supplier reminders (Final)

• Participate in process improvements

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Accounting or Economics degree

• Relevant experience in finance
• Relevant specific experience in SSC

• Experience in end-to-end processes (GL, AR, AP, Controlling, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

• AP knowledge
• Experience in a Shared Service Center or BPO is a plus

• Proficiency in SAP and Windows deck (Excel, Word)
