This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, for an Accounts Manager. The Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, coordinating audits, and supporting management with financial decisions. The role also involves analyzing financial data to monitor trends and improve profitability.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting practices.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, audit coordination, and compliance procedures.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple financial tasks.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Proven experience working as an Accounts Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
