Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional with strong expertise in Indian accounting practices, Tally, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading a small accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.

Maintain accounts using Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime).

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Perform bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations regularly.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.

Lead and supervise the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.

Assist management in financial planning and cost control initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).

56 years of experience in Indian accounting and finance.

Strong hands-on experience with Tally.

Good knowledge of GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Experience in team handling and coordination.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience in SME or mid-sized company accounting environments.

Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period 15 days.
