About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting, reporting, and financial operations.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and compliance processes in a fast-paced business environment. It is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1) Accounting & Bookkeeping Support

• Support in processing invoices, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
• Help with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ledger reviews.

2) MIS & Reporting

• Support preparation of monthly MIS reports.
• Assist in tracking expenses against budgets.
• Help prepare basic financial summaries and performance reports.
• Work on data compilation for management reporting.

3) Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, agreements, and financial records.
• Support GST/TDS data compilation (if applicable).
• Assist during internal or statutory audits.

4) Financial Analysis Support

• Assist in analysing cost structures and expense trends.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Help in preparing variance analysis reports.

5) Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice validation and payment processing.
• Support finance team in resolving vendor queries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Recently completed B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are preferred (optional).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
