Were hiring a hands-on Accounts, HR & Admin Executive to manage invoicing, HR ops, and office administration, and coordinate with our CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise customer invoices & track receivables
  • Coordinate with CA (GST, TDS, payroll inputs)
  • Maintain accounts, expense & MIS trackers
  • Handle HR ops: attendance, onboarding, payroll coordination
  • Manage office admin, vendors & assets

Profile

  • 25 yrs experience in startup/SME
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organized, proactive, great follow-ups

Location: Bangalore | Full-time

CTC: 36 LPA (depending on experience)
