Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical finance professional with strong understanding of Balance Sheet analysis, financial scrutiny, and data analytics. The role requires working across multiple financial softwares and handling large volumes of financial and operational data to support management in decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Accounting

• Detailed Balance Sheet review and analysis, including scrutiny of schedules and reconciliations.
• Monitoring and analysis of financial statements, ledgers, and key accounting entries.
• Support in monthly closing, financial reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Identification and resolution of financial discrepancies and unusual trends.

Data Analytics & MIS

• Perform deep analysis of financial and operational data to derive insights.
• Prepare analytical MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Software & Systems Handling

• Work across multiple financial and operational softwares used within the organization.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation of data across systems.

Controls & Process Strengthening

• Assist in strengthening internal controls, documentation, and financial processes.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance reviews.

Candidate Profile

• CA Inter qualified.
• Strong Balance Sheet understanding and financial scrutiny skills.
• Exceptional data analytics capability with strong Excel proficiency.
• Comfortable working with multiple softwares and financial systems.
• Background in audit firms preferred.
