Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance, along with the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Lead the finalization of books of accounts including month-end and year-end closures, coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Assist leadership with budget preparation, financial planning, and cost control.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
• Provide insights to improve financial efficiency and profitability.

Cash Flow & Financial Controls

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and processes.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients.

Process Improvement & Systems

• Improve finance processes for better efficiency, automation, and accuracy.
• Manage accounting systems such as Tally, or similar ERP tools.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

The "Edge"

• CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in startup, SaaS, AdTech, or technology-driven companies.
• Exposure to financial audits, investor reporting, and compliance frameworks.
