Accounts & Finance Manager

To strengthen our core team, we are looking for an Accounts & Finance Manager who will drive financial management, reporting, and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and financial leader with strong domain expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to establish robust financial systems in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

Lead the Accounts & Finance function.

Prepare & finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.

Monitor patient billing, receivables, payables & reconciliations.

Ensure timely closure of accounts and audit readiness. MIS & Analytics:

Develop and present MIS reports for decision-making.

Track departmental performance, profitability, and cost efficiency.

Provide variance reports and financial insights to management. Industry-Specific Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with healthcare accounting standards, insurance claims & TPA settlements.

Oversee billing controls, patient revenue cycle, and vendor management.

Collaborate with medical teams on costing, package pricing & profitability

Compliance & Governance:

Handle taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) & statutory filings.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws & audit requirements.

Liaise with statutory and internal auditors. Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.

Build strong financial processes, controls, and systems.

Partner with senior management for financial planning & growth. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Post Graduate, Semi-Qualified CA / CMA / CS (or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounts (Healthcare preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, taxation & reporting.

Proficient in ERP systems, accounting software & advanced Excel.

Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
