Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to assist with daily accounting operations, including billing, purchase and sales entries, and export-related documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in accounts and finance within a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications

• Record daily purchase and sales transactions in accounting software
• Generate and maintain sales bills and purchase invoices
• Assist in export bill clearance and basic documentation with banks
• Maintain and update ledger entries and payment records
• Help with bank reconciliation, GST & TDS data preparation
• Coordinate with vendors and customers for invoice follow-ups
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 6 months to 2 years of basic accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic export documentation is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain
• Good communication and organizational skills
