Hiring: Accounts Executive (Junior & Senior)

Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executives (Junior & Senior levels) to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance with good communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and entries in Tally ERP
• Handle Finalization of Accounts and assist in audit preparations
• Manage GST filings , TDS computation , and returns
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in Auditing, Taxation, and General Accounting activities
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters
• Draft and respond to emails professionally related to accounts and finance

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance

Proficiency in Tally ERP , GST , TDS , and MS Excel

Strong understanding of Finalization of Accounts and Auditing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

Education:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
