About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with accounting entries, GST, TDS, and coordination with auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts (entries, vouchers, ledgers, reconciliations)
• Handle GST compliance returns, reconciliation, notices & filings
• Manage TDS calculations & returns
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet support
• Bank, vendor & customer reconciliations
• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits & internal audits
• Coordinate with CA, auditors & consultants
• Support budgeting, cost tracking & financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter (CA-Final dropouts welcome)
• 36 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & Indian accounting practices
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred
