ERP Accounts Executive Engineering & Manufacturing Operations

Pina Engineering Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible ERP Accounts Executive to manage ERP operations, accounting coordination, and office administration activities. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial records, streamlined ERP processes, and smooth operational coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ERP data entry, transaction posting, and master data maintenance

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase entries, sales entries, journal vouchers, and ledger reconciliation

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support monthly closing activities

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients for payment follow-ups and documentation

Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents

Assist in GST documentation, compliance support, and audit preparation

Coordinate logistics planning, dispatch scheduling, and inventory record updates

Maintain systematic filing (digital and physical) of commercial and operational documents

Provide administrative and operational support to management

Your Profile / Qualifications

Graduate / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)

14 years of experience in ERP handling and accounting functions

Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office (especially Excel)

Working knowledge of accounting principles, GST basics, and documentation processes

Strong follow-up skills with vendors and internal teams

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Experience in engineering or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
