Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations and statutory compliances. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external authorities to maintain accurate financial records, timely filings, and meaningful MIS reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping (Tally):

• Maintain daily accounting records using Tally
• Ensure timely entry of transactions, reconciliations, and month-end closures

2. GST Compliance:

• Handle GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST regulations
• Manage e-invoicing and GST refunds, where applicable

3. ESI & PF Compliance:

• Manage ESI and PF compliances for employees
• Ensure accurate filings and timely remittance of statutory contributions

4. TDS Compliance:

• Handle TDS deductions, challans, returns, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations

5. Liaison with Government Authorities:

• Coordinate with GST and Income Tax departments
• Assist in handling notices, assessments, and audits

6. Financial Reporting & Controls:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring
• Support audit processes and year-end financial activities

7. MIS & Management Reporting:

• Prepare and share periodic MIS reports with management
• Track financial performance and provide actionable insights

8. Equalization Levy Compliance:

• Manage compliance related to the equalization levy
• Handle accurate reporting and timely payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Tally
• Strong knowledge of GST, ESI, PF, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Experience in MIS and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with statutory authorities
• Prior work experience in a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm will be considered a strong plus
