Edvelup is a dynamic and growing organization focused on innovation, efficiency, and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare and process invoices, vendor bills, and payments
• Assist in tax-related calculations, returns, and audits
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for financial matters

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or related field
• 12 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to GST & Taxation
• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
