Position: Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 26 years

Qualification:

MBA OR CA Inter / CMA (Semi-qualified or Fully Qualified)


Must Have Skills:

Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, aging analysis)

Journal Entries & Bookkeeping

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)

Accounting Principles & Compliance

Attention to Detail & Accuracy

Documentation & Record Maintenance


About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and reporting standards


Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities

Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations

Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis

Allocation of Amount received from customers

Prepare and review MIS reports using Advanced Excel

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required

Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records


What You Should Bring

Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable

Strong knowledge of journal entries and bookkeeping

Excellent command over Advanced Excel

Good understanding of accounting principles

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities
