We are expanding our Global Accounting Outsourcing operations and looking for a motivated Accounts Executive with a strong professional accounting background.
Job overview
The Accounts Executive will support global clients across multiple jurisdictions by managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance using MyBizz ERP and other financial tools. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, analytical capability, and exposure to professional accounting standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Maintain books of accounts for international and domestic clients.
- Record and review transactions including sales, purchases, journal entries, bank entries, and adjustments.
- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and financial analysis for global clients.
- Support budget vs actual analysis and financial review reports.
Compliance & Regulatory
- Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in preparation of tax filings and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants for international compliance requirements where applicable.
Global Outsourcing Operations
- Work with international clients across multiple industries.
- Support accounting outsourcing engagements handled by MyBizz ERP.
- Maintain client documentation and accounting records in ERP systems.
Audit & Documentation
- Assist with statutory audit and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- Prepare schedules and reconciliations required for audits.
ERP & Process Efficiency
- Utilize MyBizz ERP platform for accounting operations.
- Ensure proper documentation attachment to transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Educational Qualification
- CA / CMA Inter qualified candidates
- Articleship must be completed
Experience
- 03 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance
- Experience in CA firms or professional services firms preferred
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- Indian GAAP, IND AS, IFRS
- Financial statements/ Financial reporting
- GST & TDS
- Exposure to ERP systems will be an advantage.
Softskills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in global outsourcing environment
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
