Accounts Executive For Sage 50

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Sage 50 (UK version) to manage accounting for UK-based companies.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of UK accounting standards, VAT, and reconciliations, and be confident handling accounts independently from transaction entry to basic financial reporting.

This is a key role within our growing outsourcing team, supporting established UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping in Sage 50 (UK)

Record sales, purchases, expenses, invoices & payments

Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable

Bank and supplier reconciliations

Post journals (accruals, prepayments, adjustments)

Assist with Trial Balance, P&L & Balance Sheet

Support UK VAT workings

Requirements

23+ years experience in Sage 50 (UK version)

Strong understanding of UK accounting & VAT

Experience handling bookkeeping independently

Good English communication skills

High attention to detail
