Accounts Executive for Hyderabad Location

Title : Accounts Executive

Location : Begumpet,Hyderabad (5 days onsite Mandatory)

Experience : 3 - 4 years

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 34 years of experience in US and Domestic Accounting . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Tally , solid expertise in account reconciliation , good exposure to MS Excel , and practical experience in Timesheets, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Invoicing .

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle US and Domestic accounting operations , including bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks (US accounting) and Tally (Domestic accounting)
• Process and validate timesheets to ensure accurate billing
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Generate and process invoices , including Tech Mahindra (TechM) invoicing , track collections, and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and MIS reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handle US 1099 processing and compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
• Utilize MS Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com or higher (M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred)
• Experience: 34 years in US & Domestic Accounting
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Tally
• Hands-on experience in Timesheets, AP, AR, and Invoicing , including TechM invoicing
• Expertise in account reconciliation
• Working knowledge of US 1099 compliance
• Good exposure to MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
