Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 14 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting tools, and a good understanding of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related filings and ensure timely compliance.
• Support in audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and queries.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Good understanding of accounting principles and basic taxation concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple assignments.
