Accounts Executive – E-commerce (B2C) | GST & Reconciliation

About the Company

We are hiring for an Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in E-commerce (B2C) accounting, GST & TDS compliance, and bank/payment gateway reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have exposure to marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and experience coordinating with CA firms for statutory compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will manage various accounting tasks related to E-commerce and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Responsibilities

• E-commerce Accounting
• Handle accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.
• Reconcile marketplace sales with payment gateway settlements
• Verify commissions, logistics charges, refunds & deductions
• Manage B2C invoicing & GST compliance
• Account for returns, refunds & chargebacks
• Reconcile seller portals with books of accounts

• Bank & Ledger Management
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Payment gateway reconciliation
• Ledger scrutiny & discrepancy resolution
• Expense verification & petty cash management

• Taxation & Compliance
• GST data preparation (GSTR-1, 3B reconciliation)
• TDS calculation & reconciliation
• Coordinate with CA firm for audits & compliance
• Support statutory & internal audits

• MIS & Reporting
• Prepare monthly MIS reports
• Revenue reconciliation (Books vs Marketplace)
• Support management with financial insights

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com

Required Skills

• 45 years experience in Accounts & Finance
• Mandatory experience in E-commerce (B2C) accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST & TDS
• Bank & Payment Gateway reconciliation expertise
• Proficiency in Tally & Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• CA firm exposure preferred
