Accounts Executive Cum Tally Operator

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office Mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive / Tally Operator to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, with 45 years of relevant experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP and MS Excel .

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a proactive professional with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations in Tally ERP .
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure correct classification of transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet , Profit & Loss , and other financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with complete accuracy and within stipulated timelines.
• Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliations , ensuring timely settlements and accurate reporting.
• Support audit processes and coordinate with external auditors for financial and statutory audits.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable , including aging analysis and payment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements .
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for tax filings, audit schedules, and financial reports.

• Minimum 45 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version) and MS Excel is essential.
• In-depth understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory norms .
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication, integrity, and professionalism.
• Must be willing to work full-time from the Gurgaon office .

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com ) or a related field.
• Additional certification in Tally or taxation will be considered an advantage.
