Job Description
Accounts Executive - (B2B & E-Commerce)
Role Objective
To manage end-to-end sales accounting, GST compliance, customer reconciliation , and ensure seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Invoicing & Accounting
- B2B sales invoicing in compliance with GST (CGST / SGST / IGST)
- E-commerce sales accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Daily sales invoice booking in Tally
- Preparation of Debit Notes / Credit Notes (schemes, rate differences, sales returns)
GST & Compliance:
- Preparation and support for GSTR-1 filing
- Sales reconciliation with books
- Verification of B2B and e-commerce sales data
Customer Reconciliation
- Customer ledger reconciliation
- Tracking and follow-up of outstanding balances
- Verification of claims, schemes, and discounts
Coordination & Operations
- Regular coordination with the Sales team for orders and schemes
- Coordination with Logistics for dispatch and delivery issues
- Coordination with the Warehouse for stock movement and invoice matching
Inventory & E-Way Bill
- Sales vs stock reconciliation
- Basic inventory checks and variance reporting
- E-way bill generation and tracking
Tools & Software
- Tally ERP (mandatory)
- MS Excel (basic sales data handling)
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of GST and sales accounting
- FMCG industry experience preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
- High accuracy and deadline-driven approach
- 2-5 years of experience
