Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes along with stock handling, reconciliation, and inventory control within a pharmacy or healthcare setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, journal entries, bank reconciliation).

Maintain accurate pharmacy inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.

Monitor purchase entries, sales entries, and stock adjustments.

Coordinate with procurement and store departments for stock verification.

Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements.

Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of pharmacy inventory systems and stock management.

Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation (GST).

Experience in Tally or other accounting software.

Proficiency in MS Excel.
