Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to support the finance team in managing financial records, revenue reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and contract documentation. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and knowledge of basic accounting practices and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile revenue reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and proper financial tracking.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including monitoring receivables and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries.
• Support the finance team in preparing reports and handling routine accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of contract drafting or documentation.
