Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon, Haryana for an Accountants and Office Associate. The individual in this role will be responsible for performing book keeping tasks, managing accounts receivable and payables, maintaining organized office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting with general office management duties.


Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable skills
  • Proficiency in Accounts and Organizational tasks
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Proficiency in an accounting software (Zoho Books is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in an office setting
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role


Job Timings

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am - 6 pm


Compensation Range

INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month
