Accounts and Office Assistant

MP Ensystems Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is an energy and environmental sector consultancy and advisory firm based in Mumbai, in operation since 2012. We work in a policy advisory capacity in energy efficiency, renewable energy, clean transport, agriculture and other related fields. We work with the Government, private sector clients, multilateral financial institutions, philanthropies, academia, policy making institutions and civil society organizations to design, implement and evaluate solutions that promote sustainability.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time office assistant with at least 1 year experience. Candidates with direct experience of writing, editing or strong language skills will be preferred. The individual shall be responsible for driving one or more of the following activities:

Key Responsibilities

1.Administrative support for HR & Operations Manager

Coordinate travel bookings, itineraries, and related documentation.

Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and events.

Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to management and team members as required.

Manage petty cash, financial record-keeping, and audit preparation.

Prepare purchase orders and invoices

Key Selection Criteria

1.Educational qualifications:Preferred but not limited to undergraduate or pursuing masters

2.Experience: minimum 1-3 years

3.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel

4.Good oral and written communication skills

Location:

This is a Mumbai based position.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.
