This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Accounts and Finance Manager. The position involves overseeing financial operations, managing accounting records, preparing budgets and financial reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. The manager will also take part in analyzing financial risks, improving internal controls, and collaborating with teams to support organizational goals.

• Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with financial compliance, auditing standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical abilities for financial forecasting, risk analysis, and data interpretation.
• Expertise in using accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA is a plus).
• Experience in managing finances for technology or marketing-related organizations is an advantage.
