About the Company:

We aim to empower individuals to take control of their health with clean, potent, and effective formulas. We are now seeking a passionate CRM Expert to deepen customer relationships and scale our retention and loyalty efforts.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliation: Manage day-to-day operations for reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately reconciled with payment gateways, clients, and bank statements at both transaction and accounting levels.

- Investigation and Resolution: Identify and investigate root causes of settlement discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to management when necessary.

- Data Analysis: Analyze data for exceptions, ensuring suspicious or out-of-ordinary transactions are flagged and addressed.

- Process Improvement: Regularly review processes and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance departmental competency.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely sign-off for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reconciliation, preferably in e-commerce or finance sectors.

- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in using computer applications and software, such as Cointab or Shopify.

Tools and Software:

- Payment Gateways: Understanding of payment gateways and their reconciliation processes.

Goals:

- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions.

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner.

- Improve processes and efficiency.

- Provide excellent support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Inter CA's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or related financial role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and credit management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

After successful completion of 6 month Internship and based upon satisfactory performance we can onboard you on a fulltime employment basis.
