Foodsbay is a growing food manufacturing company committed to quality, compliance, and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Officer to strengthen our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
• Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Vendor reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Handle audits (Internal & External)
• Maintain inventory accounting and cost control (Food Manufacturing exposure preferred)
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual GST and CA coordination
• TDS return and reconciliation
• PF & ESI submission and control
• P&L and Balance Sheet review
• FSSAI Annual Return
• Legal notice handling
• Client, vendor, landlord agreement management
• All insurance control and renewal
• Fire, Pollution, Weigh scale compliance
• Audit preparation and CA coordination
• Bank reconciliation review
• Receivable monitoring and ageing
• Debit note management
• RM/PM valuation decisions, stock statement
• Consultant bill review
• Half-monthly & monthly compliance and risk report

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Prior experience in Food Manufacturing Company preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented
