Role Description

The Secretarial & Corporate Compliance Executive will be responsible for assisting in corporate registrations, regulatory filings, and statutory compliance for clients. The role involves handling various registrations, preparing compliance documentation, and coordinating with government portals to ensure timely and accurate filings.

ROC / MCA Compliance

• Filing of ROC forms and event-based filings
• Preparation and filing of annual returns and financial statements
• Assisting in corporate compliance documentation and secretarial records

GST & Other Registrations

• Processing GST registrations, amendments, and cancellations
• Handling registrations such as MSME, IEC, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment, Labour registrations, etc.

Regulatory Filings

• Assisting in annual compliance filings for companies and LLPs
• Maintaining compliance calendars and tracking due dates
• Ensuring proper documentation for statutory submissions

Client Coordination

• Collecting and verifying client documents
• Communicating with clients regarding compliance requirements
• Maintaining organized records of registrations and filings

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Company Law and corporate compliance
• Familiarity with MCA and GST portals
• Good documentation and drafting skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

Qualifications

• CS / CA / CMA Pursuing or Discontinued
• B.Com or M.Com with relevant experience may also apply
• 6m 2 years experience in corporate compliance, registrations, or secretarial work preferred.
