Alphatech Solutions is a Kolkata-based engineering company specialising in Industrial Automation Systems serving factories and Industries. We are expanding our Accounts-Admin-HR team and are seeking a qualified candidate for this role to support our growth and success.


Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Accounts and Admin Intern for our office at Mani Casadona, New Town, Kolkata. The intern will assist with day-to-day office operations, maintain financial records, prepare basic reports, and support financial data management. The role will also involve helping with tax compliance documentation, administrative tasks, and supporting HR-related activities as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and ensure they are up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (TDS, GST, etc.).
  • Support HR tasks, such as payroll processing and leave management.
  • Handle office administrative duties
  • Occasional additional work like vendor coordination and document management etc.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Budgeting.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel).
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Strong ability to understand instructions and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (0-3 years) in a similar role is preferred
