Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Accounts & Admin Officer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves managing daily administrative and financial operations, including processing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, overseeing the use of accounting software, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires maintaining accuracy in financial reporting while supporting other administrative functions of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and foundational knowledge of Accounting practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to review data and financial records effectively
- Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements
- Knowledge of Finance and related concepts to support budget monitoring and resource management
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage
