Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Team Lead at the Ahmedabad location. The Accounting Team Lead will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide guidance to the accounting team. The role also involves performing financial analysis, maintaining compliance with finance regulations, and collaborating with other teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making
Leadership skills and experience in managing teams effectively
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
