Job Title: Accounting & Tax Associate (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for timely submissions.
• Assist in preparation and filing of various direct and indirect tax returns
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the accounting department.

Experience Required:

• Qualification: Inter CA or equivalent or ACCA with completed Articleship
• Minimum of 12 years post-Articleship experience in tax, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (optional but preferred).

Skills Required:

• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP system).
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of taxes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
