Accounting Manager

HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations, audits, and statutory compliance. This is a core accounting role (not sales) ideal for someone from a Private Ltd/startup background who can independently handle taxation, payroll, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting activities
• Manage statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns
• Prepare and review P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports
• Handle bookkeeping, vendor/client payments, and bank reconciliations
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and professional tax
• Stay updated with changes in Indian tax and company laws
• Liaise with banks, tax consultants, and government departments for compliance matters

What Were Looking For

• Strong experience in Indian taxation, accounting standards, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally , Excel , and accounting software
• Eye for detail with a problem-solving and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial processes
• Excellent understanding of Private Ltd financial operations
