Job Overview
- We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our day-to-day financial operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash receipts, accounts receivable and payable subledgers, as well as preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and budget reports.

- This position requires a strong background in financial management, with experience in cash handling, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash receipts, including processing payments, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable subledgers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations, including cash, credit card, and other asset and liability accounts.
- Develop and maintain budget reports, including forecasts, projections, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Train and guide lower-level staff on financial procedures, accounting methods, and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in an accounting or finance role.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
